border-left: 3px solid #333; padding-left: 10px; margin-bottom: 16px;\"\u003e「食中のソーダ割り。」を一本のジンにするまで\u003c\/h3\u003e\n  \u003cp\u003eKITA GIN 2026は、大阪キタの21店舗で開催された「関西ジンラリーLAB 2026」から生まれたジンです。\u003c\/p\u003e\n  \u003cp\u003e開発の出発点は、「大阪キタで一番使われるジン」をつくれないか、ということ。\u003c\/p\u003e\n  \u003cp\u003eバーだけでなく、立ち飲み、居酒屋、料理店など、さまざまな飲食店で日常的に楽しめるジン。その答えとしてたどり着いたコンセプトが\u003cstrong\u003e「食中のソーダ割り。」\u003c\/strong\u003eでした。\u003c\/p\u003e\n  \u003cp\u003eしかし、コンセプトを実際の味わいに落とし込むのは簡単ではありませんでした。\u003c\/p\u003e\n  \u003cp\u003e森の京都蒸溜所と試作を重ねる中で、ソーダ割りで15〜20分かけて飲むと、時間とともにピートの香りが強くなり、料理とのバランスが変わってしまうという課題がありました。\u003c\/p\u003e\n  \u003cp\u003e試作品は十分に美味しい。それでも、目指しているジンとは少し違う。\u003c\/p\u003e\n  \u003cp\u003e大切にしたのは、単に「美味しいか」ではなく、\u003cstrong\u003e「食中のソーダ割り。」\u003c\/strong\u003eというコンセプトを体現できているか、ということでした。\u003c\/p\u003e\n  \u003cp\u003eそこで、ブレンド比率やボタニカル構成まで踏み込んで見直し、柑橘の構成やピートのバランスを調整しました。\u003c\/p\u003e\n  \u003cp\u003e飲食店での飲まれ方を意識しながら、森の京都蒸溜所とともに最後まで味わいを追求して完成した、\u003cstrong\u003e300本限定\u003c\/strong\u003eのクラフトジンです。\u003c\/p\u003e\n  \u003cp\u003eKITA GIN 2026は、ジンが大阪の街の日常にもっと自然に根づいていくための、新しい提案です。\u003c\/p\u003e\n\u003c\/div\u003e\n\n\u003chr style=\"border: none;
