去年の夏、自宅で市販スピリッツを使った香りの研究を始め、そこからイベントという形で人と香りをつなぐ活動が始まりました。この1年間、試行錯誤を重ねながら、ジンを「つくる」だけでなく、「楽しみ方を広げる」ための場づくりを続けてきました。今年11月23日のイベントは、その集大成です。年内最後の開催として、これまでの歩みを振り返りながら、来年へとつながる一夜にしたいと思っています。 Read more...
